I learned from my grandfather that “one must have eyes all around their head” to see beyond the obvious. Inspired by this wisdom, I have built a solid career in the audiovisual industry over the past 25 years. A communicator by education and a producer by nature, I specialized in film project development through Fundación Carolina/Programa Ibermedia, and international labs like Talent Campus and Produire au Sud. I have worked with renowned talents and companies in Brazil, Argentina, the US, and Europe, producing films and series across various formats, genres, and scales, always balancing artistic purpose, financial efficiency, and market strategy.
In 2010, I founded Groch Filmes as a boutique production company, focused on co-producing auteur-driven projects and providing services to the international and visual arts markets. From 2020 to 2022, as a production executive at Netflix, I led scripted originals in Brazil, a role that broadened my corporate experience, market insights, and expertise in managing complex projects.
I believe content can be both art and entertainment, and for it to be sustainable, it needs strategy, boldness, and humanity.
